Jeremiah’s Journey is a Plymouth-based charity that provides free emotional support to children, young people, and their families who are anticipating or coping with the death of someone special. We offer both bereavement and pre-bereavement support, helping families build resilience and find hope during difficult times.

We accept self referrals for anyone who is 13–25 years old.
If you are under 18 years old, it is advised that you provide parent/carer details. We will only contact a parent/carer with your permission.
