An opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as the Jeremiah’s Journey Project Coordinator has arisen.
We require an appropriately qualified worker who holds a relevant and registered qualification and has one year post qualification experience of working with children and families. Someone who has experience of working in the field of bereavement is desirable.
We need someone who will be responsible for: coordinating and facilitating evening group sessions; working therapeutically, at home and in a variety of settings, with families who are grieving; working within a multidisciplinary setting; coordinating and facilitating volunteers; providing training sessions; managing a caseload; and working autonomously.
This role is ideally suited to someone creative, dynamic and empathic.
£21,000 to £25,000, depending on experience. This is a full time post with a fixed term of one year.
