Jeremiah’s Journey benefits from WAKE Fund thanks to The Lord Roborough Lodge 5789

Jeremiah’s Journey were delighted to be one of 25 local charities to benefit from The Wake Fund this Summer! Freemasons from across Devon distributed an incredible £25,000, with each Charity receiving £1000 each.
Ian Kingsbury JP, the Freemasons Provincial Grand Master for Devonshire and John Pritchard Master of The Lord Roborough Lodge 5789 presented Sherelle Puertas, our Fundraising Coordinator, with a £1000 cheque.

We are so thrilled to have been one of the chosen charities to benefit from The WAKE Fund! This could enable four more bereaved children to go through our six week therapeutic group programme, making a big difference at such a tricky and sad point in their lives.
We’d like to say a special thanks to John Pritchard for putting us forward for this fantastic fund and for his incredible support and fundraising efforts.
The Lord Roborough Lodge have raised a fantastic £1500, in total, for Jeremiah’s Journey over the last 6 months. This was raised through various fundraisers including a Freemasons Dinner at The Moorland Garden Hotel with all proceeds from their raffle going to Jeremiah’s Journey.
We’d like to say a BIG THANK YOU to John and everyone at The Lord Roborough Lodge for all their hard work and effort that went into their fundraising. You have made a real difference to grieving children in Plymouth!
