Join us at The Soapbox Theatre for a night of Food, Drink and Performance
The Stiltskin creative arts & theatre co.present: A very special adaptation of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Nights Dream,” performed in aid of Jeremiah’s Journey.
“Elizabethan fools Chop and Block find themselves in an enchanted forest, whilst on their way to the royal palace. Reminded of one of her favourite Shakespearean plays, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Block cajoles Chop into creating their own version of Shakespeare’s famous comedy. With a lot of tom foolery, magical encounters, fairies, potato puppets and some audience participation, this will be a delightful introduction to Shakespeare for children and their families.”
The Hutong Cafe will be on hand to provide a selection of delicious pre-theatre Pintxos (pronounced ‘pinch-ohs’)
These Basque delights will be available to purchase from 7pm and there will be vegetarian and vegan options available. Full menu to follow.
