Our Vision
We aim to ensure that children, young people and their parents/carers in Plymouth and the immediate surrounding area have support at a sad and difficult time.
Our History
Jeremiah’s Journey began in 1996 and was created by four professionals who wanted to use their skills to help local children through a difficult life experience.

What We Do
For Families
Supporting a child through grief, or when someone in their life is dying, can be a really difficult position for a parents or carer to be in.
For Professionals
We look forward to working with you to provide the best support that we can offer to children and their families who have experienced the death of someone special.
