Captain Sir Tom Moore’s family invite you to build on Tom’s legacy by taking part in the #CaptainTom100 Challenge and raise even more funds for charity.
Friday 30th April 2021 would have been Captain Tom’s 101st birthday and a year since the completion of his famous 100 laps, which raised an outstanding £38.9 million for the NHS Covid-19 appeal. Following his sad passing in February, the family pledged to arrange a worldwide event to celebrate his life and have chosen the anniversary weekend to do so.
Open to people of all ages, the challenge is based around the number ‘100’and the activity can be anything you like. For example, you could walk 100 laps like Tom, cycle 100 miles, bake 100 cakes, sing and dance for 100 minutes or complete 100 good deeds.
Once you have chosen your challenge, please click here to set up your fundraising page or donate and don’t forget to share your efforts on social media using #CaptainTom100.
